Apple sauce

 We planted a crabapple tree many years ago about 6 years ago it died. My husband cut the tree to the stump but left the stump in the ground. It grew back and now we have reddish, yellow apples. Spent last week picking and this weekend canning apple sauce and making apple chips. Took some of the jars added a wooden tag and a CC transfer harvest moon and shimmer frost paste and made tags to put on The jars. It's a fast quick tag and so cute. Let the girls pick people to give them to. It was a fun way to see friends while social distancing. It took forever to prep and cook down the apples. Thankful for my kitchenaid spiralizer. Makes preparing the apples much quicker.
