 I sped up the drying process by putting the rings in a cold oven set to 250 degrees for up to a. Hour. I checked my rings every 15 minutes. The frosting is caulking mixed with paint.  First you must paint your rings. Let them dry use glossy mod podge on donut. Dip donuts in your fake frosting add sprinkles it usually dries on a few hours spray with glossy acrylic spray.
