Yummy cupcakes

Made yummy carrot cupcakes the orange on top is carrot peels cooked in one cup water one cup sugar for ten minutes 
On medium low heat drained and placed on a parchment lined and sprayed with cooking spray 275° oven for one hour. They look cute and taste yummy.
