Apple tart roses

I have always wanted to try making these finally gave it a try. They were yummy and pretty but a whole lot of work. I used puff pastry cut in three inch strips. I used apricot jam on the pastry. I cut thin strips of apples rounded pieces. I cooked the apples a little bit so they would bend but not so much that it would mush. You place them along open side of pastry and fold other side over the aplles and roll placed them in a well greased and floured cupcake pan and baked.
